Kayne Eras Center merged with the Exceptional Children's Foundation, creating the only agency in Southern California that provides a continuum of services to individuals with disabilities from birth through adulthood. Kayne Eras Center is a nationally-recognized institution whose focus is on creating and disseminating new educational and service paradigms that ensure access to economic, social and political systems for all children, youth and adults with special needs.
